Return Policy

Products purchased at PurelyProducts.com may be returned within 30 days for a refund (minus any shipping) if the product is new & un-used and is in resellable condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To return a product, please follow the steps below

Return Procedure

1. Contact Purely Enterprises by e-mail at admin@purelyproducts.com or call us at (866) 324-2970, 9 – 5 Eastern, M-F for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and return procedures.
2. Upon issuing a RMA# you will be given a ship to address to return the lamp for repair or replacement.
3. Once received by Purely Enterprises, we will repair or replace the lamp and return ship it to you or issue you a refund.
4. All RMAs are valid for 30 days past the issue date. We must receive your return by the expiration date of the RMA. RMAs that are received and expired will be returned. A new RMA for the product will not be issued.
